This page covers the Kassia waitlist at kassia.ai. The Kassia Trading Assistant at my.kassia.ai is a separate, signed-in product with its own Privacy Notice, which covers your account, billing, brokerage connection and AI assistant.
What we collect
One thing, because that is all the waitlist needs: your email address. There is no account, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics on this page.
Alongside the address we keep a small amount of evidence that you asked to be here, which is what makes the list lawful to hold:

Double opt-in
Adding an address does nothing until you confirm it by entering the key we email to it. If you never confirm, the record is deleted automatically once the key expires. An address that was never confirmed was never consented, so there is no basis to keep it.
The newsletter
Our launch news and newsletter are sent through Kit (kit.com), an email newsletter service, which holds the waitlist's subscribers for us. When you join, Kit receives your email address, whether you have confirmed it yet (pending or confirmed), and that you signed up at kassia.ai. Nothing else about you is sent to it.
Kit records when a newsletter is delivered to you, whether you open it, and which links in it you click.
If you go on to create a Kassia account at my.kassia.ai, what happens to your details from then on is covered by its Privacy Notice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your address, and we share it only with the services named on this page that run the list for us.
- We do not send anything you did not ask for.
- We do not profile you or infer anything from your address.
- We do not track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed addresses are deleted from the waitlist automatically when the confirmation key expires. Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Kit keeps the addresses it receives, including one that was never confirmed, until they are erased there, which we do whenever you ask.
Separately we keep an audit trail of actions taken on the list — joined, confirmed, unsubscribed. It records a hash of the address rather than the address itself, so the trail can be retained without itself being a store of personal data.
Unsubscribing
Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe will show their own button. Either removes you immediately. We also add the address to a suppression list, so nothing further can reach it even by mistake.
Unsubscribing removes your address from the waitlist and unsubscribes it in Kit. Kit keeps the address, marked as unsubscribed, so that it is not emailed again. To have it erased from Kit entirely, write to support@kassia.ai.
If you would rather not use a link, write to support@kassia.ai and we will remove you.
Access and deletion
Ask us at support@kassia.ai for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be erased. Erasure removes the address itself, from the waitlist and from Kit; the hashed audit trail remains, because it contains no address and is what evidences that consent was properly obtained and honoured.
Where the data lives
The waitlist is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Confirmation email is sent through Azure Communication Services. Addresses reach the database over a private network path, never the public internet. Kit, which holds the newsletter list, processes it in the United States.
Cookies
This page sets none. The only browser storage used is by the on-page design panel, which keeps its settings locally on your own device and sends nothing anywhere.
Changes
If this page changes materially for anyone already on the list, we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing the date at the top.
