This page covers the Kassia waitlist at kassia.ai. The Kassia Trading Assistant at my.kassia.ai is a separate, signed-in product with its own terms.
What we collect
One thing, because that is all the waitlist needs: your email address. There is no account, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics on this page.
Alongside the address we keep a small amount of evidence that you asked to be here, which is what makes the list lawful to hold:

Double opt-in
Adding an address does nothing until you confirm it from your inbox. If you never confirm, the record is deleted automatically once the link expires. An address that was never confirmed was never consented, so there is no basis to keep it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your address.
- We do not send anything you did not ask for.
- We do not profile you or infer anything from your address.
- We do not track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed addresses are deleted automatically when the confirmation link expires. Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Separately we keep an audit trail of actions taken on the list — joined, confirmed, unsubscribed. It records a hash of the address rather than the address itself, so the trail can be retained without itself being a store of personal data.
Unsubscribing
Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe will show their own button. Either removes you immediately. We also add the address to a suppression list, so nothing further can reach it even by mistake.
If you would rather not use a link, write to support@kassia.ai and we will remove you.
Access and deletion
Ask us at support@kassia.ai for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be erased. Erasure removes the address itself; the hashed audit trail remains, because it contains no address and is what evidences that consent was properly obtained and honoured.
Where the data lives
The waitlist is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Email is sent through Azure Communication Services. Addresses reach the database over a private network path, never the public internet.
Cookies
This page sets none. The only browser storage used is by the on-page design panel, which keeps its settings locally on your own device and sends nothing anywhere.
Changes
If this page changes materially for anyone already on the list, we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing the date at the top.
